Jika anda sering berburu oleh-oleh khas Madiun, pastinya anda akan tahu daerah mana ini. Walaupun anda dari luar kota, dan bukan penduduk asli Madiun. Ya, perempatan tugu memeng terkenal dengan toko oleh-oleh khas Madiunnya. Brem Mirasa adalah salah satu Brand yang terkenal. Dan bangunan menjulang diatas Toko Sepatu Bata itulah yang aslinya disebut Tugu. Anda Pernah memperhatikan bangunan tersebut??? jika iya, anda memang orang Madiun sejati.
